大規模脂質組精細結構解析為生命科學研究探索提供新維度
脂質組學已成為科學研究的熱點,采用質譜技術進行脂質組學研究,已能解決諸如脂質的種類鑒別及脂肪酸鏈組成等問題。但是,脂質精細結構,如C=C及sn-位置等,對大規模組學來說仍是一個難點。近年來,區別與定量脂質C=C位置異構體已被證明對于生理過程研究、疾病標志物篩查及新藥研發有著重要意義。PURSPEC Ω Analyzer脂質分析系統旨在為科學家提供一種全新脂質組學新工具,加速脂質標志物的探索發現與應用,前期技術研究成果已被國際知名期刊收錄。
